Plan more free space than the listed minimum

Project Exhibitionist lists 20 GB available space at minimum and 25 GB recommended. Keep additional headroom for the Steam download process, temporary update files, shader or cache data, and save data. Extra space is a practical recommendation from this guide, not an additional official requirement.

If you use the itch.io demo, remember that a compressed archive and its extracted folder can temporarily coexist. Delete only the archive after you have confirmed the extracted Project Exhibitionist demo launches correctly.

Use the free demo as a performance check

Joysticky Labs explicitly says the demo is mainly designed to test the game and its performance. That makes it the safest no-cost first check for basic rendering, input, and stability on your PC.
